any ideas what kinda of food my fish may enjoy apart from flaked

look at my list of fish below

I would think they'd like brine shrimp (frozen, or you could set up a hatchery yourself) and frozen bloodworms. Actually... I haven't owned a fish yet that didn't love frozen bloodworms, haha.

They will all love bloodworm frozen (thawed) or live and daphinia too. feed as a treat once or twice a week. [EDIT: That darned mandi beat me to it and yes as mandi said brine shrimp ]

pretty much any frozen food that is labelled for freshwater. Livebearers are not fussy eaters usually

is frozen the best or is that stuff in jelly never liked the idea of the jelly myself

I use frozen all the time, never used the jelly so can't say about that, but they love the frozen.

Vegetable are a great idea aswell, why not try lettuce, zuchinni or cucummbers? Mine love it!

Warm it up in the microwave in a bit of water, or attach it to a sinker, something metal
