Hi everyone. Story is - I had two fish in a breeding net/plastic cage thingy with a divider. The blue one(sorry I don't know what kind, salousi I think,if that's how you spell it) spat her babies out at the beginning of the week. She is now back in the main tank. She spat 18 babies out in the holder and up and till this morning they were all there. The other fish, a yellow lab, is still in there. There is a divider in separating her from fry in the bottom.......I've just counted 11. When I've looked closely she had blue and yellow fry in her mouth! Is this normal??? My only suggestion is that the fry have swum up through the tiny slats in the plastic and the yellow mum thinks they're hers! She's perfectly happy in there, swimming a round with a mouth full!!
