Does anyone know how much an LFS might buy 1 - 3 months old guppie fry for? (uk)

This is kind of open ended, but if they do buy fry of you , then expect it to be 1/4 of the price of the price of full grown guppy of that type ie better quality guppies costs more than run of the mill variety.

Many pet stores won't buy fish from people. They will sometimes take fish off your hands for free though.

If you are going to sell your guppy fry I would wait till they are adult or at least large with lots of colour in them. I always get more money (credit) when selling the fully grown guppies then the small fry.
