Ok so just went to feed my fish and I seen something tiny swim over the wood. Just looked under my filter there's about 8 fry what should I do as my neons eating them. Guessing they from my new guppies a they massive but what one I don't know.

Can you remove them? If not, try to get some bushy plants for them to hide in and a few should survive.

I have just got a hatchery thing and caught 4 put them in it there's a few more but they hiding under big rock so leave them there till they come out any way I can tell what one they come from

Right, for the ones you have removed feed them crushed flake or baby brine shrimp until they are big enough to go with the other fish.
