Fry With Swimbladder?

was checking my growout tank today, and saw a little body floating on its side at the surface. i figured it was dead so i grabbed a net and went to hook it out of the tank and it started swimming, but not very successfully. it kept turning upside down and on its side. so i'm assuming its swim bladder problems, but how if at all can i treat it?

this was the problem i had when i was experiencing massive deaths in my fry tank when they were 1.5 months old, they were getting really bad and i was loosing a fair few, treated with meds, didnt work, was stuck in what to do, then i thought ok 100% water change took the filter out kept it in a bag and gutting the tank, cleaned with melafix, topped up with water, put the filter back in and slowly acclimatized them back to the tank, there was so much dirt in the tank which looked like algae and they needed the complete clean out, this worked for me and the rest of the fry survived.
