Can I move the fry into a bucket or something while I change the water? I need to make sure its really clean. The problem is the fry are no more than 2 weeks would this cause a problem or would I be ok in doing the wc?

It should be fine for a bit. I'd take the water from the tank just to prevent any sudden changes. 
Really, they should be fine. I take mine out once a week and clean the fry tank out. Just use the same water in the bucket as where they came from, and when you put them back in the fry tank make sure the water is about the same temperature. Platy fry are tough the little things, the hardest thing to do is net them.
