Sounds like there pig out and now are paying the price.
Get the dead bodeis of the fry out of the tank, check your water stats in ammonia,nitrite,nitrate,and ph.
Never leave dead bodies in the tank it can cause desease.
I would try some shelled peas to give them a flush though.

You are dealing with constipation or bacterial infection, how long have the fry been dead when pecking at them, they could have food poisoning.
