I bought some of BigCs grindalworm culture which is multiplying nicely
Ive got molly fry nearly 2 weeks old and someguppy/platy fry about a week old
They are all in a bare bottomed 10g fry tank with some hornwort
At what stage can I start feeding live foods?
How many times a week?
At the minute Im feeding crushed flakes 4 times a day.On the days when I feed them the worms do they still need a couple of feeds of crushed flake as well?
Sorry for all the questions

As long as the food is small enough for them to swallow without choking or anything, it should be fine. If they don't catch on to the idea right now, try again in a few days. Not all fry will realize they have to catch the food now. :p And I'm sure you already know not to feed too often, because of bloating and constipation. I'd say maybe 3-4 days a week, perhaps 2-3 feeds per day. I'd still give them some flakes, just so it's not all high-protein. And if you choose to the higher number of days, I'd do the lower number of feeds. Same thing with reversing it...higher number of feeds, lower number of days.

Cheers Annastasia
I will wait another few days before starting just to be on the safe side. The worms are quite tiny but I dont want any accidents as some of the guppy are just two big eyes and a long tail though the mollies are all minature little fish---cant believe Ive turned into a big softie after all these years
