Is there a difference in nutrition when it comes to frozen and live BBS?
And size, are the frozen BBS the same size as the live BBS?

Yes, frozen foods are generally less nutritious than alive foods. The "baby" in baby brine shrimp indicates the size, so yes, they should be the same size… if anything, frozen brine shrimp may contain more 1-2 day old brine shrimp as opposed to a few hours old, but the size should not change *that* much in that time period.

Alright, thank you :good:

I would guess enough to make a visible difference if feeding one fish only live and another only frozen, but I reckon an identical fish with a varied diet would beat both of those.

I'm thinking there is only a slight (if any) nutritional loss in frozen vs. fresh. There's prolly a bigger issue if left in the freezer for extended periods of time.
The bottom line is you can't beat the convenience. If you also use a high quality prepared food, all should be good.
