Let me start by saying that I have a very strong stomach. Almost nothing grosses me out, but today I bought some frozen silversides for my larger fish. They're fine as long as they're in the bag, but picking them apart to thaw them is completely disgusting!! :X
I tugged on one and its head came off... ew ew ew.

Oh well. It's better than feeding live fish, I guess. It's cheaper and being that I've heard feeding live encourages aggression, I prefer this

 I saw "frozen silversides" on the main index and the first thing that popped in my head was "are totally disgusting" They reek too

My fish like them ok, but they prefer krill which is awesome

they don't smell too bad, you get used it to it after a while!!

i'm feeding 15 in total each night, it's good when you have to squeeze the air out of them so they sink then some of there guts spew out aswell....mmmm gutty goodness!!

One of the ones I picked out today had its guts hanging out, and I accidentally grabbed them and ripped them all the way out
My bichir seems really impressed with them though. He's only 5 or 6 inches long, but he ate three of them today! :hyper:
I'm going to give krill a try when I run out of silversides, I think
