How much frozen food should you feed your fish on per day, I keep 8 Discus of around 3 inches and some neons and usually feed them two blocks of bloodworm in the morning and two blocks of shrimp or other frozen foods at around 9pm. an i over feeding or underfeeding?

I'm no expert, but one frozen cube feeds my brackish tank, my puffer, 2 community tanks and my cichlid tank. Maybe I'm underfeeding?

Is there uneaten food in the tank after 5 - 10 minutes? I've read that if there is, you are overfeeding.

HTH

PS Is the discus in your avatar yours? He's beautiful!!

How many neons do you have? If you're worried about over-feeding, you can always just got to one block in the morn and 1 at night. It's better to underfeed than to overfeed!

Well, if you have been feeding them like this for a while now (Have you?), just continue doing what you're doing.

I had brought up the frozen bloodworms in another thread and someone responded that they are not as easily digested because of high protein and they recommended feeding one cube every 2-3 days.

I use flake food daily, but I use the frozen bloodworms mainly for the bottom guys (one Pictus Catfish & one Black Ghost Knife). While the Neons & Glass fish seem to love the worms too, I've only been feeding them one cube which goes very fast.

Is it ok to feed them a cube daily or not?
