Frozen Brine Shrimp For Cichlids

i got some frozen brine shrimp cubes for my mbuna cichlid tank. is it ok to give it ti them on a daily basis or should i only be giving it to them occasionaly?

i currently feed them twice a day, flake first then brine shrimp or shrimp pellets later

I feed mine a good quality pellet and spirulina flake, as well as de-shelled peas, cucumber, zucchini etc.

I have only ever feed them frozen meaty foods as a very occasional treat. I wouldn't want to rely on them as their main food due to their dietary needs.
