Frozen Blood Worm

After feeding the fish some in a rush this morning, I left them out of the freezer for 4-5 hours, they're all in foil and I discarded any blocks where the foil had been broken, should the rest be ok? (They hadn't completely defrosted)

No, never re-freeze any fish foods that have started to defrost.

I agree once they have defrozen can't freeze them again.
