I bought 2 baby pims's who have grown to around 2 inches long. Does anyone know if:

a. They are suitable tankmates with a 6-7 inch frontosa
b. What size the pims should be to be safe to go in (ie, not become fronty fodder)

It should be OK for the main reason that fronts are slow and tend to eat other fish while they're sleeping - as nocturnal creatures the pictus should be active and easily able to escape any lurking Frontosa's. Make sure they have some caves of course.

That said, Frontosa can eat fish nearly have their size if they're a slender shape - if they can catch the Pictus, they'll become a meal. I don't think they'd catch them.
