My mom keeps milkweed, and there are aphids on them all the time. Soapy water will get them off super easily, but I’m not sure you want soap near your tanks, lol.
Cold water also works well. That may be your best bet. Remove the plant from the tank, and the. Gently spray the, off with cold water.
Again, I’ve never personally had a problem with greenfly aphids, but I have with “regular” aphids.

I'd try dunking them and let the barbs or the tetra (don't know which tank you have them on) have a feast. Free live food!

Eeeek! That's a lot! I just know the mollies in my 57 gallon would have a field day picking all those off if I dunked the leaves under. Worth a shot!

Wow, that is a lot of them, I am only starting out again to try and grow frog bite in my tetra tank. Only received a few small plants so I have hardly any right now. You have a nice crop. I think @AdoraBelle Dearheart is right they would make nice fresh fish food.

Yeh some danios would come in handy, these tetra havent paid the surface a visit yet
