Freshwater Or Original Tropical Lamp

Having just replaced the two stock lamps in my Juwel Vision 180 with an Arcadia Freshwater and an Original Tropical lamp, I would now like to add a third lamp, but I'm not sure whether to get another freshwater or a tropical one. Out of the two I'm not sure if one promotes plant growth better than the other, this is what I want to achieve but the blurb on the lamps doesn't really help. Out of the two which would be best?

add another freshwater thats what i had for quite a while, 2 FW, 1 OT and a dennerle.
