Fresh Bloodworms

I've just bought an African Dwarf Frog and I've been feeding him on fresh bloodworms, I also bought a packet of freeze dried bloodworms but they're not very good!

I can't even get them close enough to the frog for him to notice them and from what I've read they don't have much nutritional value anyway.

I can't get to the shop everyday but how long will a live packet keep if I put them in a tupperware box and keep them in the fridge?

I'd rather use live than frozen if possible.

as long as there is oxygen they should last anywhere between 3-10 days
the fresh frozen ones are better though because there treated for parasites
