Freeze Dried Mysis Shrimp?

Today I went to my LFS and saw that they had a sale- I was looking for fish food, so I grabbed a bottle of Freeze Dried Freshwater Mysis Shrimp, for 1.99.
It was a stupid move, as I have no idea what FD Mysis is.
So, I was just wondering, who has experience with this food? I will be feeding it to my Silver Tipped Tetra's, Cardinal Tetra's, and German Blue Ram's, twice a week.
Does this sound good?

Hi - I haven't used it for my fish but just Googled and read that it's usually given to marine fish or breeding fish. It said it contains high levels of fatty acids.

Hey, Athena- I also saw this on the internet. But as you see, i said Freshwater Freeze-Dried Mysis Shrimp. I read that freshwater mysis is good for freshwater fish, and saltwater mysis is good for saltwatr fish.

hmmm....

I gave them a pinch today, and they went crazy, trying to get at it!
