Hi, just spotted these when I got in this evening, they're about 1.5-2 mm in diameter. The stock in the tank is 1x male yabby, 2x clown loaches, 1x red tail shark, 1x albino cat fish, 8x harlequin rasboras, and a few black mollies. I've rulled out the yabby, shark and catfish as they're singular, and the mollies are live bearers so that just leaves the loaches and rasboras, I recently added some new rasboras to my current supply so I reackon they are the guilty party, can anyone confirm this? unless some snail eggs snuck in from the lfs! And do you reackon there is any chance of them surviving with the stock I've got in there?

Cheers.

Well I just looked up corys and yes my albino cat looks identical to this But I only have one...... an immaculate conception? :) I've seen one of my mollies, peck one portion off but came back 30 min later and there was a new colony, everytime a go back there's load somewhere but I can't catch anyone doing it!

i think females can lay unfertile eggs anyway

Yep females will lay eggs without a male and the eggs will be infertile, lovely snacks for the rest of the fish :)

Ah, that's good to know, strange though, I've had her for about a year now and these are the first eggs I've seen, to they lay eggs often?
