Found At Least 2 Cichlid Babies In Tank! What Do I Do Now

hey guys i was just feeding my cichlids when i spotted two babies. they are approx. 2-3 cm and are hiding in holes under some fake decorations that were dug by one of the cichlids. i never really paid any attention to the sex of the fish but clearly i have a female. what is my best approach now. do i need to get the babys out? there are five other small cichlids in the 35 gallon tank. any advice is much appreciated!
