Found a couple of orange egg-looking things on my floating Salvinia

Came back from a 2-week long vacation to find these two strange egg looking balls on top of my Salvinia plant. They are kinda gooey, almost look like drops of some orange liquid but they retain the shape (don't spill). Any ideas what it could be?

The fish I have in the tank are: a male Betta, Espei rasboras, Panda corys, otocinclus, bladder snails and assassin snails.

maybe a snail egg sac, more pictures from different angles might help
