Bello all. I am an aquaculturist both hobby and commercial - Located in Mexico. I am presently working with longfin Amberjack. MARVELOUS fish. I have been treating broods with mainly formalin and just started trying peroxide for neobenedenia (skin flukes). I have come to respect the hobbyists as some of the most profesional and expirienced aquaculturists on the planet and they have saved me many times when the consultants could not - so thank you and go hobbyists.
Can you tell me what is the preffered for repetitive treatments - is it hidrógen peroxide or formalin ? Any longterm down or up sides would be appreciated as well as dosages and times for peroxide. The fish are more than 8 kg. Average.
