As i am fairly new to the fish world, i was wondering what good food to feed my fish would be.
All I am feeding is flakes and freeze dried blood-worms.

Right now I have some guppies and am going to get some dwarf gouramis and also some other type of small community fish, probably some type of cory.

Is there any good veggies that i can feed? and how would i prepare them?

Thanks!!!

i have corys, platys, swordtails, guoramis and a couple shrimp. i feed them flake food, freeze dried tubifex worms and freeze dried blood worms daily. and once a week i will usually feed them some green veggies. i usually feed spinach. i prep it by boiling it in water for a few seconds to get it softened up, i then rinse it in some tank water and then dice it very small so that it is easier for my fish to eat. it's good to feed veggies because it adds some fiber into their diet and helps with constipation that can occur from high protein foods and freeze dried foods.
