Just wondering on some different foods for my Cichlids, I presently change up between Pellets flakes and frozen blood worms and shrimp. Was wondering if the dried brime shrimp would be just as good. any suggestions would be helpful

Your mixing alot of the wrong fish. You can not feed them all healthily.

Your best bet is a variety of flakes included at least a little spirulina (nothing specifically for Nw cichlids). and suplementing with mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, daphnia and other less meaty non worm frozens(attempt to feed very little of this to the ccobalt and zebra), plus any veggies they will eat.

But the best recomendation is entirely restock your tank, go for mbuna, peacock, hap, or nw don't combine them and you'l have less problems
