Food For Microworm Culture

I have got a microworm culture starter which tells me to use oat cereal to make a paste as food. what kind of oat cereal do people use?

I used 'Ready Brek', though any oat cereal works I think.

The cheapest joe bloggs brand from your local convenience store 50p a bag.
The all work. Some people put them over bread but have had trouble Oat Meal Porridge is best.
