Foam!foam!foam!foam!

Okay so just bought a 5m roll of Filter wool off Ebay for £6 which Will act as my polishing media, But is there anywhere to buy Foam in large quantities for cheap? Aquarium Safe of course.

Im looking at the thicker more pourous stuff

You can usually get filter floss for cheap from most shops, some of mine give it away as insulation for taking fish home Can't get much cheaper than that.

Try pond filter sponges; much cheaper and just need cutting to size.

Pond suppliers maybe. You won't need anywhere close to that amount of sponge, it only needs replacing when it's pretty much close to disintergrating when you rinse it.

Yeah I just bought loads as it were cheap lol arrived today will upload a pictures. We have four tanks so i will replace alot of it today any way but didnt realise how much 5m was haha

No I didn't mean the floss you bought, I mean when you buy sponge, you won't need loads. I bought a 2ft x 1ft sheet of it a year ago and I've still only used a few small squares.
