Fluvial U2 Help

hi there just got the fluvial u2 its been in the tank for about an hour and already got a problem or i have missed something obvious it says it has three settings and only one works i have turned the knob on the top to try it out and only setting A works when i turn it there is no flow at all please help or its going back tomorow

How do you know there is no flow from the other settings? i purchased one of these for the misses last week and we havent had any issues with it at all.

Remember however the other outlets are under the water so you cant tell if there is any flow unless you actually put your hand into the tank infront of the filter and you feel the water flow.

Did you follow the instrucctions and stuff regarding setting the filter up?>
