Fluval Pressurized Co2 Kit

Well I ordered one of the new Fluval Co2 kits which I plan to use on mu new 20G Long planted tank. I went for the 88 gram cartridge unit and am curious on how long these will last. Looking around the net it says a week or 2 and some say a month. The tank will have 48watts of light and also be dosed with ferts. I also am curious if basic paintball 88gram cartridges would work this unit since the fluval branded cartiges are 60 bucks for 3 vs the paintball ones that sell 2 for 15 bucks. Anyone have experience with this unit?
