Ive just bought a Fluval Filter Canister on ebay, and I am looking for the rest of the filter parts.

These parts will also fit a Fluval 105, 205, 305 and 405. So if you have any of these spare parts lying about in your garage let me know.

1. Aquastop Valve

2. Intake Strainer & Ouput Nozzle

4. 2 x Hoses

If anybody has these spares, please have a look and let me know if you are willing to sell them!

Many thanks

I bought one recently too, as was also missing a fair bit of kit.

You can buy a Fluval spray bar instead of the standard output for under a fiver.

The straight bar used for the intake isn't necessary - I don't have one - Just get a suctiion clip to hold the hose straight and push the strainer box into it.

You also don't "need" the rim connectors - you can probably bodge something.

The hose I needed to buy cost a fortune though - £25 :-(

As for the filter parts, from looking at it, you need 4 long sponges for the screen, then you can put anything you like into the trays. Im using only cermic loops that I took out of my old filter. You don't need to use the Fluval stuff.
