Hey everyone!

Here are a few pics of my tank. Nothing super exciting but if I have any questions in the future this can serve as some background info. My tank is a Fluval EDGE and currently home to 2 golden danio (1 died yesterday, I had 3  ) and 3 X-ray tetra.

I look forward to being part of the site. Feel free to ask questions, recommend my next fish purchase or just say hello!
:D

:hi:! What made you choose that tank? The looks of it? Due to it's small size there isn't a great deal you can do with it. But you can make them look darn sexy ;)

Welcome :)

With this size tank, i'd go with smaller shoaling fish, like micro rasbora, Danios are very active fish and would be happier in something bigger, very nice looking tank though! :good:

If it was my tank I'd put in endler guppies nice and small and very colour fully and cheap

My son has an Edge and it is a nice looking tank; b*****d to work on though! He's got four Endler's, two ghost shrimp and an assassin snail in his.

Hi all!

Thanks for the welcome SchottayB and Johnboy!

I chose the tank as something that looked appealing and easy to manage. Maintenance is done in 30 mins per week, just gota feed the fish then. There was 1 running in the store and I also noticed they're very quiet.

I won't be adding any fish unless something happens to my current stock. The danios have been in there for well over a year and the x-ray tetra have only been there for 2 weeks or so.

I originally wanted a small shoal of neon tetra but after researching I learned they're best added to an established tank, so got danios instead.

I should also mention my tank was set up Jan 2010.

Your tank looks fantastic mate :good:

I always wanted to get my edge looking that good, i never did though
