Hi, Just a quick question to see what you kind folk think, i run a Aqua one 220L tank with a Fluval 306 external filter and have had it for 10 months and have realised the original carbon is still inside and the original bio-foam, i have replaced the 4 foam pads and the polising pads a few times. I use the original media combination of the 4 main foam pads then in the 3 baskets, bottom basket = 2 bio foams, Middle basket bio rings and the Top basket = 2 bags of carbon with 2 polishing pads on top. What i want to know is there a better combination as i realise a lot of people dont recommend keeping the carbon in all the time...What do you folks think...Thanks Welshviking
