Right sorted , You will need product labelled up as 104/204 or 205/205 but these as previously mentioned rubber conectors should be included in the box if you buy a new filter to connect the intake strainer tubing and the "standard" output nozzle

As the ribbed hose diameter for 106 (104/105), 206 (204/205,)are 14.5mm. The 306 (304/305) and 406 are all 17mm O/D

Thank you much for clearing that up. So, the rubber connectors come standard, so all I need to purchase separately is the spray bar.

Just one more quick confirmation please? Everything to set up the spray bar, except the spray bar, comes with the filter?
I just really need to make sure, since the last time I was assured on a filter having a spray bar, I blew $80+ on this POS Rena that in the end didn't even have a spray bar :(

Correct, everything is there that you'll need except the suction cups to mount the spray bar (but  you have said that won't present a problem)  here's a picture of what you get included with the 106/206/306 filters,
I've indicated the rubber connectors with blue arrows after you have cut the hoses to the required length the rubber connectors are pushed on the ribbed hose and they in turn are connected to the intake strainer pipe and the outflow nozzle (in this case you will replace the standard swans neck outflow nozzle with your spraybar)

just out of interest did you ever get around to fitting your old fliter with a spray bar if so and its about 3/4" (19mm) in diameter that will fit tnto the fluval  rubber connectors

@KirkyArcher

No, the new Rena filters don't come with spray bars anymore. They don't even sell the part. One of the reasons I was sorely disappointed in it. They apparently sold themselves out to another company (API) and now instead of being manufactured in France, they are now made in China.
