don't know the filter, but there might be a litres per hour (l/hr) figure on the box somewhere, which can give you a guide.
for messy fish, or ones that like fast flowing water, i go for about 10x the tank capacity turned over per hour. For regular fish, about 8x, for sensitive fish, maybe 5x.
so if there's a number somewhere on the box like 1000 L/hr, or 1500L/hr, it should be more than enough.
