Just wondering for those that have this filter what setting they have it on. Low or high. At the minute mine is about halfway.

not got 1 m8 but all depends wot the lph it is and of course wot fish u have ie .... from fast flowing waters etc etc

Its a "bit of string" question.... it all depends on YOUR circumstances, in a small tank you would turn the flow down, in a large tank turn it up etc... it would be low if you had "delicate" stock,and so on... its a difficult one to answer
