Fluorite

I have been looking for either fluorite or eco complete everywhere for AGES.....and asked and peeps said they couldn't get it in, most of them didn't even know what they were.

Anyways, I was at a LFS yesterday looking at plants and driftwood and I saw they had Fluorite.....mind you it was $95 for a 7kg bag so I probably wouldn't have bought it, but you know what I mean. Just after I put gravel/laterite in my tank to help my plants....

Yep typical........im useing laterite as well, only thing i could get around here and even then i considered myself lucky, i bought the last lot they had in my lfs and since then i have not seen it anywhere else, and dont even mention flourite or eco complete, you just get this blank stare from the lfs owners when you mention it, they havent a clue what it is.......lol

Well one blessing i suppose is that if they did have it a while back you probably would have bought it, so you saved yourself a fortune.

I suppose there is allways next time.

wow, how did u get free shipping for 5 bags of super heavy items from them?

I got one bag, paid 12 dollars plus like 8 shipping = 20$ per bag.

Did you use their new payment from checking account service for the free shipping?

I just got a quote from bigals about ordering 12 bags of ecocomplete, and it was going to cost 83 dollars in shipping...
