can i put any of the following fish in with a flowerhorn?:
1. green severum
2. pictus catfish
3. striped rapheal catfish
4. ornate bichir
5. peacock eel
6. jardini
7. silver tip shark
8. alligator gar

urm No!!

flower horns are best kept on there own i think.

i think you would find it hard to house a alligator gar though either way.

the only 1 i can see you getting away with are the raph cats as they would just hide away.

iv heard they are pretty aggressive and very terretorial, id recommend keeping him alone. can they be kept with their own kind or would that be a problem too? i dont know much about cichlids, but id like to learn :D

No chance not one fish would survive, he woudl tear the tank apart. I had one tried dividing the tank and he moved the gravel next to the barrier and went under the bottom of it possesed to kill all living things. Awful fish unless kept alone.

My lfs offered me an FH for nothing as they couldnt keep anything with it and it was even attacking the fish it could see in the next tank

They are normally really aggressive and dont like anything at all

Flowerhorns are nice to look at, but as mentioned before, they are extremely violent, and even keeping a male and female togthor is a big risk. Unless you want a 1 fish tank, stay away! O heres some picts of mine, if anyone is interested..-- www.freewebs.com/blitz_tactics

yes the flower horn are extremley violent as mentioned. Unless you have a tank isolated for the flower horn, say no.
