Flower Horn Prob

I have a friend who has a flower horn, and told me that his FH is sick.
its scales are white(not like that before) and falling.
its fins also turnd white..
why is that?

what are the water parameters? and what else is the fh in with? the sound of colour loss is proabably cause it is stressed, maybe the other fish in the tank if any?
