Flourite Or Eco-Complete?

Like the title says, which is the better substrate? I've seen people suggest flourite more, but I've read more negative reviews about it than Eco-complete. Are there pros and cons to each? Let me know!

I think Eco-Complete is a nutritious substrate so better IMO - A bit closer to a soil.
Flourite is just a hard baked clay type affair so all the nutrient information is a bit pointless, but it will have a CEC value.
