Floating Mystery Snail

I have 3 snails in my tank, but I keep finding one of the floating at the surface of the water. Is he ok?

I keep pushing him to a firm location which is fine for a day, then the next morning he is floating again.

They do that as a sort of hibernation thing. Normally they do it under certain conditions like not enough food, too-cold water or dirty water. So long as it's not floating and hanging out of the shell not moving or smells bad it's alive and okay. I'd say warm the temperature up or feed it more food (sinking pellets and leafy greens are good choices)
