This is a great plant for tropical or coldwater tanks or ponds. Its grows very very quickly so is an excellent nitrate removal agent, as you end up having to net it and ditch it, it grows that well. Its a beautiful plant around 1cm in diameter and its just divides to produce perfect copies. Its excellent for the protection of fry and for outdoor ponds it also protects against the harmful sun and reduces algae problems.

Yes it floats. Its not a moss like java moss but has beautiful fern like floating leaves...lots of small leaves and divides very quickly in warm water. Perfect for removing nitrate and for young fish to hide in. If your keen. Send me a pm and I'll give you my paypal
