Floating African Dwarf Frog

I went to check on my African Dwarf Frog and saw that she was floating on her back! She swims if you nudge her, but floats right back to the surface. She doesn't look bloated, what should I do?

i would expect the worse. Im afraid to say in my experience with adf's its game over when this starts happening. I dont think fish cures would work on a frog and thats even if you knew what was wrong with it. Im no expert but from experience i would expect the worse.

Thank You for your help. She sank back down to the bottom of the aquarium and is swimming around a bit, but is not completely back to normal.
