Flicking But No White Spots

I've started the tank on a course of copper safe by Mardel (~it doesn not stain the tank and is not a carcinogen like malachite green, also i only used half the dosage as I its a densely planted tank) I will update this once i see any improvement.

The female which gave birth two days ago was very lathergic today(sitting at the bottom) and seemed to be rubbing its front end against the gravel ever so often. So, I also gave it a quick salt bath to kill off any parasites that might be present on its skin. It seems to be a bit more active after the bath and I have not seen it rub itself ever since. Should I also take some other action for the female guppy?

I increased the dosage of copper safe to the full level today. Also can someone please help me with the female guppy. It still seems very lethargic today(3 days since giving birth). I also gave it a salt bath today to get rid of any parasites that might be there.
