Flick With 2 Pair Of Rotkeil In Power Battle

I have 2 pairs of Heros sp Red shoulder (also know as Rotkeil) and they are constantly spawning. Just now both pairs have free swimming fry and I caught them in one of many power battles.

Actually in the same aquarium I also have a pair of Geophagus tapajos orange heads that just laid eggs.

looks like 3 Rotkeil and 1 Heros Appendiculatus, might be the stress making it look like that tho, Appen's are very similar, just orange instead of red.

The rotkeil are from 4 different breeders and none related by far. I cannot be fully sure if they all are Heros sp red shoulder or appendiculatus. The do have very similar redish tone normally on their necks though.

I have one issue I cannot seem to get around and my largest female (to the right) has a backfin that is torn up and it has been lik ethat since I bought her in September. I was wondering why it doe snot heal. My only guess is that she spawns so often (1 week in between) that there is no energy left for growth or healing.
