Hi,
Could any one please recommend a good flake food for Humbug Damselfish?  They currently get a mixture of krill, enriched brineshrimp, mysisi shrimp, red plankton and rotifers.  I have read that they can benefit from algea and vegtable matter in their diet too though and as a newbie to this fish am not sure what is the best one.
Oh and to stop you panicking, when I say newbie, not to fish keeping just to marine and am fully aware of the erm 'nature' of these little terrors

and have them in a species only tank!

A variable diet is best, I feed my fish either New Era, Tetra or D & D dry food as a staple diet along with the odd frozen every few days.
