I often end up having to switch around fish when I get heavily stocked, trying to figure out what to do with hundreds of angels when I get busy. Not any more;
150 gallons each tub, for $75 each used. They almost didn't fit in the fishroom, I had to remove the door & frame to squeeze them in. A commercial angel breeder that lives about an hour away is retiring, and shutting down a 300 tank operation. He used two of these for storing & mixing ro water. I picked up 7 of them last week, sold 4. He has a 300 gallon tub that is the bio filter for his centralized filter setup, I know another local breeder that wants it.
This 300 tank setup was something to see, one of the biggest privately owned setups around. He was selling 8,000 to 10,000 angels monthly, so there is going to be a real shortage in the area. Some other local angel breeders & I are jumping on this, ramping up production, and making sales calls. I should be able to put out 2,000 monthly once I get a few more pairs together, between all of us we are at about 8,000 fish monthly, totally maxxed out.
It's going to get busy fast.
