Hi there,
I planned to finish my fishless cycling first and then plant my tank. However, because of a probable misinterpretation of nitrite levels, I thought I was done a little too early and happened to order my plants. Here is the link to that particular thread.
I cannot cancel or hold the order online at the moment, but I will try to do it over the phone tomorrow. In the meantime I wanted to ask you guys what you think about fishless but planted cycling. The plants I ordered are Anubias Nana, Dwarf Baby Tears (Hemianthus callitrichoides), Java Fern (Microsorium pteropus), Subulata, Dwarf (Sagittaria subulata). I will have to start the light cycle once I plant the plants, which will probably cause algae problem in the tank
. BTW, I have a 10 G tank with 2x24w T5s, 1x10K and 1xpink-red (Current USA 24" Nova extreme FW 2x24W T5).
Any suggestions will be much appreciated.
