How many people have fish tanks in their school?? or college?

Just wondering because id like one but we dont so....

I have a tank in my office actually. And have been encouraging people I work with to get tanks.

oh because the school have no java web start and ive tried everything to download it but theres just no way around it!!

What grade are you in? or what are you taking ?

im in 6th form.... im taking design (resistant materials) cheistry(so i can work out the mind boggling chemicals in the everyday fish tank lol) biology(to learn about fish) and IT which im guna drop because its more like business

You should harass your prof in Bio to put a tank in your class

i think i should hehehehe. But anyway 6th form is when you finish the last grade in high school and you can either stay on at school or go to college. its 16 you can do that over here but its 18 in US i think

We used to have a tank in our office, but it cracked so someone adoped the fish. I was on a day off that day so I missed out. Bah.

Do you have any friends at school who keep fish too? If so, why not see what it takes to form a fish club. If you could get official recognition from the school to have such a club, it would seem that keeping a nice aquarium in the school would be a logical project for the club to maintain.

That sounds like a great idea! I never had a fish tank in school, but my husband (then my boyfriend) had a tank in his dorm room while we were in college. He got it for me b/c he knew I liked them

Well I am in the us 8th grade (13 yrs) my 9th year of school .... Yes we had a massive tank in our school and it contained some type of shark I beleave .... but it is funny b/c I go to a TINY school ..... 123in my class and we are the biggest grade in the entire school !!!(5th-8th)
