Fishes Mouth Wide Open

does any one know how to treat a fish that appears to have lock jaw 2 of my tropical fish a neon and a male guppy are swimming about with the mouths wide opened i thought it was cotton mouth but it not white jus wide open help plz

Water stats in ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and ph.

An open mouth can mean there something lodged in the mouth, or sores in the mouth.
Seen lots of fish on here with opens mouths and they rarely make it. Nobody knows what is it unless it something lodged in the mouth, or sores in the mouth.


Check the mouth and lip area not red and inflamed, also a red tummy area.
