Fishcam!
http://kimplode.web2cam.com/

I'll try and keep it on all day. If it does now work for you, I'm sorry, I don't know what to tell you. It's just a webcam pointed at my community tank ^_^ I might eb moving it aruond to my other tanks throughout the day.

Incase you need some company - There is always Fishcam ^___^

A stress-free post!! Thanks Keddypie!!
Right....I shall be adding Keddycam to my yahoo account!!
I think that is a fab idea! Kinda cool actually. It could be really helpful to some people too! Also as for watching your fish behaviour 24/7 you couldn't do better!
I'd suggest alternating positions of the camera so you see all angles but that might create too much work for you to do.

I suppose I can't do 24/7, I forgot about the whole having no light at night ^____^ Also, it's a low-quality cam (stupid yahoo...) Eventually, I will get a web-based one! Really.

And at that, anyone know a cheap way to get a web based cam without port 80 forwarding? ^___^

Yeah! I did this for a while with my goldies. I evaluated the product but never bought it, and that's a program called "active webcam" available from www.download.com. It's brilliant, you could use multiple cams if you have them! It even sets you up a website that you can point people to to watch it. It's brilliant.

I don't use yahoo sadly, so won't be able to check your cam, but, if you get active webcam anyone can click a link and watch it right away, and there was no need to pay any money to the ISP :D

And with regards to the dojos, are you due a storm in ohio? ;)

^_^ My Dojos are HIGH STRUNG, so I don't know if there is a storm coming! They act no differnt, as I've gotten my fair share in storms since they're settled in ^_^ This is new behavior, where the male is chasing the female around, trying to wrap around her. She doesn't seem so keen on the idea ^_^

And I will so tatoally check out that software! Thanks!

Oh man, if he's trying to cuddle her, I'd put that down to a bit of :hey:

i'm picking up a pair of dojos tomorrow, I hope they have no plans for anything similar!

Any problems with the software just send me a PM and I'll hook you up with my MSN and talk you through it :)

Enjoy!

My computer decided I'm not allowed to download things today ^____^ So, I'll keep trying, but no guarentees. Also, no MSN, as... ya know... I can't seem to download anything! (Don't bother trying to help me, I know plenty about computers... My computer is just REALLY old and liked to now work) ^_^

Also, from what I hear, Dojos are VERY hard to breed... If yours want to, let 'em. ^_^ I can't imagine some adorable Dojos being hard to rehome!

Yeah, the only time I ever heard of someone gettig dojos to breed was by accident. he assumed his tank was dead ignored it for a few months, when he went to start cleaning it out, he found it writhing with them!

Filthy bounders.

This SHOULD be the link to my cam, but for some reason I can't convince it that I am online. I'll keep working on it.

*edit* I have NO clue why the weblink says I'm offline, when my Active Webcam setting say I'm on. Any help?
