Tetra's and guppys, tetra's fine till they feel safe, then all they do is sit about looking bored.

Others:

There are more but I haven't thought of them

That's a long list, can't believe corys are on there, cute entertaining little things.

I'd never buy any plecs again, all they do is hide and make a mess.

blue/gold rams
rubbernose pleco
expensive fish (50$ and more for a single fish in a store)

I actully like plecos but mine doesn't hide and doesn't make to much of a mess he just knocks all the fake plants out of the gravel and I have to put them back in the gravel like every two weeks or so.but agree with wilder tetras are good at first but then they do just set around and they get scared really easily and nip each others fins. Whats bad about corys they are kinda interesting when they move around. Also whats wrong with the betta they are cool? B)

Tetras are pretty much out, and all types of Goldfish! I could maybe think about some Koi if I lived someplace that I could have them in an outside pond year round.

Fish I'd never keep again. Hmm...

Probably the common pleco. Though I think they are a great fish, I would never have a tank large enough to support them well enough. The same goes for goldfish, another great fish, I just don't feel like buying them again after the death of General Tsaio and Ping.

With the rest of the fish I've kept, I've had generally positive experieces. And when experiences were not positive, it was due to a circumstance beyond my control.

One more, chinese algae eaters. I still haven't figured out why they're in the trade yet. If someone could enlighten me, I would be appreciative. :p

Chinese Algae Eaters. Aggressive, ugly and after a while they don't even eat algae. I will never have the space to maintain a species tank just for one of them, and if I did I could think of better uses for that tank.

Can't believe both platys and corys made it on to other people's lists; I love their personalities. Funny how we all have different tastes.

Oh by the way, Dwarfs, what WOULD you buy? You seem to have been dissatisfied with an awful lot. I trust there are some fish that have lived up to expectation?

Danios, Tiger barbs, and Cherry barbs.
Probobly I'll never buy a opaline or a blue gourmai

I will never buy livebearers, tetra, large pleco, catfish and agreesive non good looking cichlid(oscar, GT etc).
